Sean “Diddy” Combs faces five new civil lawsuits in a New York federal court. Two men and three women accuse the hip-hop mogul of sexual assault at parties in LA, New York, and Las Vegas. The youngest plaintiff was just 13 at the time of the alleged incident.
Combs remains in custody at a Brooklyn jail, denying federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. His lawyers dismiss the lawsuits as “clear attempts to garner publicity,” stating Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone.
The new cases allege Combs or his associates drugged plaintiffs’ drinks, causing dizziness and disorientation. Plaintiffs claim Combs raped, forced oral sex, or groped them. Combs awaits trial in May 2025 for federal charges, facing up to life in prison if convicted.
The indictment and lawsuits implicate Combs’ business enterprises in facilitating and funding his alleged abuse. Plaintiffs accuse Combs of leveraging his power to manipulate, intimidate, and silence victims.
One lawsuit alleges Combs and another celebrity raped a 13-year-old girl at a 2000 VMAs after-party. Another claims Combs drugged and raped an independent musical artist. A third plaintiff alleges Combs exposed himself and assaulted a man.
A celebrity personal trainer claims Combs assaulted him at a Hollywood Hills party in 2022. A fifth plaintiff alleges Combs drugged her at a hotel party, waking up naked in his bed.
Combs faces over 100 new assault allegations, with lawyers planning to sue for sexual assault, rape, and exploitation. Prosecutors allege Combs engaged in kidnapping, forced labor, bribery, and other crimes.
Combs denies all charges, pleading not guilty. His trial is set for May 2025.
