Huntersville Fire Department reported first responders resumed the search on Friday.

The identity of the missing swimmer has not been released. The cause of the drowning is unknown.
Authorities will likely continue search efforts until the missing swimmer is found. Updates on the search and the victim’s identity are expected as they become available.
