The America 250 Alaska grant program is officially open, offering $5,000 to $10,000 to support arts-based community projects that celebrate and commemorate America’s 250th Anniversary.
The grant program, administered by the Alaska State Council on the Arts(ASCA), aims to elevate creative projects that reflect Alaska’s diverse cultures, histories, and perspectives while participating in a nationwide celebration of America’s semiquincentennial.
Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants include:
- Alaska 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- Tribal governments
- Public school districts
- Nonprofit private schools
All applicants must have an annual operating budget of at least $50,000. Projects must be arts-centered and involve artists or culture bearers as key contributors or leaders.
